Power Programming with Attributes
Abstract:
One of most powerful yet underused features of .NET is custom attributes. This session is going to show you how to solve two very common problems using custom attributes: business rule validation and UI element security. For years developers have been using various techniques to handle those problems, such as a JavaScript, server-side logic, and lots of if/else and switch/case statements. This session will demonstrate a more effective way to solve those problems by eliminating most of that conditional logic and creating a more elegant application with less code.
